Estimate SampleThis Estimate Sample has pages in detail with a brief description containing all the specifics of the rooms and a Material Componet list. All of the details for this project were provided by the customer. The house was a total loss caused by fire. The pricing databases are considered by customers to be the most accurate because they are updated quarterly with continuous pricing feedback from the field estimators. Each of the fifteen thousand price list items that are used in the database contains a detailed definition of what's included in the line item. They are compiled and analyzed data on all of the factors that influence costs, such as materials and labor and reviewing various preliminary drawings and specifications from the customer who provides this information for a complete estimate. Customers can provide us with a detailed rough hand written drawing or a set of blueprint or scaled drawing layouts of the rooms to be estimated (please see Draw Diagraming) for the project and is generated as a component of the estimate. The customer is required to measure accurate dimensions of the rooms for length, height, width, plus door & window locations in order to receive a quality estimate.
